Blue Prism & Power Automate, Python (optional), rule‑based RPA, data & exception handling, Process analysis, stakeholder engagement, engineering discipline.
Years of exp - 3-6 - Edits documents to fit the organisation's style guidelines and prepares information for publication using established procedures and standards.
- Tracks budgets and brings variances to the attention of senior colleagues while working within established budgeting systems.
- Supports and enables others to use and benefit from existing data management systems.
- Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
- Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.
- Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline.
- Helps others use and benefit from the existing knowledge management systems.
- Supports others by performing prescribed product development/engineering activities (e.g., analysing client situations, interpreting data, etc.) using existing procedures.
- Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
- Provides primary supervision to a team performing transactional work or supervises a small group performing junior professional tasks.
- Uses product specifications to design test procedures and standards.
