About the Role
As our Technical Account Specialist, you'll ensure exceptional care for our software subscribers through phone, email, and video support. You'll work closely with our Support Specialist to deliver top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive client outreach to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Stay updated on product features and functionality
- Problem-solve and identify solutions for client needs
- Provide platform training and technical support to clients
- Collaborate with the production manager on timely proposals
- Document all troubleshooting and client communications
- Consult on product modifications and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with platform and site testing
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- High computer literacy with understanding of web technology, HTML/CSS, and Internet functionality
- Extensive experience with Office 365 (including SharePoint) and video conferencing platforms
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Problem-solving and resourcefulness
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Project, client services, or account management experience
- Website CMS experience
