The Role
El/La Technical Account Manager (TAM) es el pilar central del modelo de "Gobierno Unificado" y actúa como el interlocutor principal y estratégico para el cliente.
Su misión es garantizar que la colaboración funcione como un único equipo cohesionado, eliminando silos y asegurando que todas las iniciativas y servicios estén perfectamente alineados con la estrategia corporativa del cliente estratégico.
Es máximo responsable de la salud de la relación y de la resolución de dependencias.
Las responsabilidades principales de este rol incluyen:
- Punto de Contacto Único: Ser el/la interlocutor/a principal y responsable ante el cliente estratégico para la estrategia, el rendimiento y la escalada de problemas.
- Orquestador/a de la Demanda: Canalizar, cualificar y dirigir toda la nueva demanda (nuevos proyectos, assessments en países) al equipo correcto, asegurando que se alinea con la estrategia global y no crea nuevos silos.
- Propietario/a de la Fricción: Asumir la responsabilidad de gestionar y resolver cualquier dependencia o fricción entre los distintos equipos de servicio (p. ej., entre la Factoría de Migración y Operaciones), asegurando que el cliente no quede en medio.
- Visibilidad 360: Ser propietario/a del dashboard de salud del partnership. En los comités de seguimiento, debe presentar una visión consolidada de los KPIs de todos los servicios.
- Garante de la Estrategia: Conocer en profundidad la arquitectura y las piezas del ecosistema del cliente estratégico para asegurar que todos los proyectos nacen alineados con la estrategia corporativa.
Who You Are
- Visión Estratégica y de Arquitectura: Capacidad para entender la arquitectura global del cliente y cómo las diferentes piezas del ecosistema se interconectan.
- Liderazgo y Coordinación: Habilidad excepcional para gestionar múltiples equipos de servicio y actuar como un único punto de gobierno.
- Gestión de Stakeholders: Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de la relación con clientes de alto nivel y en la presentación de resultados en comités ejecutivos.
- Resolución de Problemas: Fuerte capacidad para identificar, gestionar y resolver conflictos y dependencias entre equipos técnicos y operativos.
- Gestión de la Demanda: Experiencia en la cualificación y canalización de nuevas demandas de proyectos en un entorno complejo.
