Location: Remote (Canada)

Essential Job Functions

  • Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions based on project requirements and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to analyze, develop, and deliver tailored technology solutions.

  • Lead the technical delivery and implementation of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

  • Coordinate the rollout of new installations, migrations, and configurations across network, application, or platform domains.

  • Provide advanced consulting on solution design, system tuning, and technical modifications to optimize performance.

  • Assist in identifying and gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

  • Respond to technical inquiries, offering insight and guidance across multiple technologies.

  • Support solution delivery by engaging in hands-on technical problem solving across integrated environments.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices, tools, and reusable components.

  • Collaborate on pre-sales activities, including proposal development and technical input for customer opportunities.

  • Ensure solutions support availability, performance, and long-term maintainability for enterprise clients.

Technical Expertise

  • 8+ years of technical experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (or 11+ years of relevant experience without a degree).

  • Broad technical proficiency across infrastructure, cloud, and application management domains.

  • Experience with Full Stack Dynatrace, Testing as a Service, and enterprise-level Application Management.

  • Expertise in cloud and infrastructure strategy, technical consulting, and solution delivery.

  • Hands-on experience working with multi-technology environments and managing integration across platforms.

  • Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements in the Canadian insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of architectural dependencies and enterprise IT environments.

  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.

  • Experience managing customer expectations, technical solution delivery, and team coordination.

  • Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills across diverse technologies.

  • Ability to translate technical detail into business value for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Consultative approach with a focus on identifying additional opportunities within client environments.

  • Excellent time and task management, with the ability to lead concurrent technical initiatives.

  • Professional demeanor with strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Work Environment

  • Remote opportunity within Canada.

  • May require occasional travel to client sites.

  • May involve after-hours or weekend work based on project or client needs.
