The Role

Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. An average of more than 50 million ads are available in numerous categories - from children's supplies to electronics to real estate. With more than 36 million users per month, Kleinanzeigen has the widest reach of all online selling platforms in the country. Most of the items traded on Kleinanzeigen are second-hand. In this way, users make an active contribution to sustainability. The Kleinanzeigen market allows companies the opportunity to easily offer their services online. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

What you’ll do ​& Who you are

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to strengthen our post-sales relationships with key enterprise customers. You will be the bridge between our technology and our clients' our goals, ensuring successful solution implementations, maximizing customer value, and driving retention and growth through expert technical guidance and strategic relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and cultivate strong post-sales relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, becoming their trusted advisor

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing support requests, escalations, and ongoing customer engagement

  • Conduct structured customer success activities including Health Checks, Use Case Workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to expedite issue resolution and drive continuous improvement

  • Provide strategic insights and tailored recommendations to align our solutions with customers' evolving business goals

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive action plans to ensure customer success and long-term retention

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of proven experience in technical consulting, enterprise customer success, or account management

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate technical environments

  • Communication in both German and English (written and verbal)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

  • Technical familiarity with HTML, XML and SQL is advantageous

  • Project management and IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma) are valuable additions

This is a Hybrid role based in Charlottenburg, Berlin and reports to the Team Lead of Customer Operations.
