What we are building
Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.
We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships within the French Business Unit, reporting directly to the FR Country Manager with a dotted-line report to the Head of TAM.
You will take ownership of onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless implementation, and leading pre-sales engagements to showcase the value of Pubstack’s platform.
Your role is both strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers while ensuring their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.
What will you do?
- Proactively identify and work with the customer to resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.
- Work closely with your account’s Customer Success Manager to ensure the customer’s long-term health through a world-class support experience.
- Collaborate and report to the Sales team to demonstrate value in the presales process.
- Level 1 Troubleshoot performance issues, client-side or Google Ad Manager setup. Escalate to Tech team when needed
- Provide platform training to customers and trial onboardings to prospects
- Teach and Learn Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally
- Manage a diverse and complex scope of topics across multiple client engagements.
- Based on your industry knowledge, provide guidance on how to optimize their ad stack setup and generate more revenue.
- Work across the organization and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options.
- Stay on top of the industry trends to become an expert and participate in AdTech webinars/events.
Who are we looking for?
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar position in ad tech industry.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., browser dev console).
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Comfortable acting as a strategic partner, influencing both technical and business decisions.
- Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is eager to contribute to team success.
