Make an Impact/ The role:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be part of the EMEA TAM team and work closely with several teams such as Engineering and Sales, in addition to all other departments within Adjust. You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. This plays a major part in your goal of retaining clients and them being satisfied with the Adjust product. 

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or professionals at the start of their careers who are eager to grow in a client-facing, technical role within the mobile marketing industry. No prior industry experience is required - just curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.


Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:  

  • Be the main technical contact for your clients and work closely with other teams (Client Success, Engineering).
  • Troubleshoot and guide clients through their Adjust integration and advise on feature testing and roll-out. Provide ideas for optimization and improvement. 
  • Deep dive into Adjust’s and clients’ tech stacks (SDK, BI, and server-side systems) and apply this knowledge in daily client interactions. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends across mobile, advertising, and AI industries while translating relevant insights into guidance for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with your contacts (e.g. recurring calls). 
  • Constantly grow your knowledge base (best practices, tools, and workflows) together with colleagues and independently.
  • Collaborate with a global Support team across timezones and regions.

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

  • 0~2 years of experience in a client facing role (internships or academic projects welcome).
  • A degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Competency in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of command-line tools, SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, software development experience is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex topics into simple clear terms.
  • Effective and empathetic communication skills and an ability to ensure understanding by a diverse audience (business units, seniority levels, regions). 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to travel.
