Tencent Cloud is expanding its global enterprise customer support capabilities and is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Technical Account Management Intern. As a TAM Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers throughout their post-sales cloud journey. Working alongside experienced Technical Account Managers, you will assist in monitoring cloud performance, supporting customer issue resolution, and contributing to solution optimization initiatives. This internship provides practical exposure to customer lifecycle management, cloud operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Account Managers in supporting enterprise customers across their post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, solution validation, and operational follow-up
- Support monitoring of cloud performance metrics and help identify potential optimization opportunities
- Participate in customer meetings to document technical requirements, operational challenges, and follow-up actions
- Assist in troubleshooting coordination by working with product and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Contribute to preparation of customer reports, technical documentation, and service review materials
- Support internal knowledge sharing and best practice documentation to enhance customer success operations
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines; candidates from other majors with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply
- Expected to graduate between Q4 2026 and 2027 and able to maintain valid student status during the internship
- Available for a minimum 3-month full-time internship commitment
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking, and system architecture
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with good communication capabilities
- Passionate about cloud technologies and customer success management
- Proficient in both Korean and Chinese Mandarin to communicate with China headquarters stakeholders and support product material coordination
