Job Responsibilities :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with game development partners, focusing on the adoption and integration of our AI development tools. As a Technical Partner Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our partners, helping them leverage our AI tools to enhance their game development processes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure the success of our partner ecosystem.- Partner Relationship Management:
- Establish and manage strong technical relationships with key partners in the gaming industry. Understand their technical needs, product roadmaps, and development goals to ensure our AI tools align with their requirements.
- Technical Integration Support:
Work closely with partners to help integrate our AI development tools into their game engines and workflows (Unity, Unreal, etc.). Provide hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth adoption. - Solution Development and Customization:
Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for customization and optimization of AI tools to meet specific use cases. Act as a bridge between partners and internal product/engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and drive feature enhancements based on partner feedback. - Technical Evangelism:
Promote the value of AI-driven game development tools to partners by conducting demos, workshops, and technical deep-dives. Ensure partners are aware of the latest features, updates, and best practices to maximize the benefits of using our tools. - Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Act as the first line of technical support for partners, assisting in the resolution of technical issues related to AI tool integration and performance. Work with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges when necessary. - Partner Success Enablement:
Develop resources such as guides, best practices, and integration tutorials to support partner success. Provide proactive support to ensure partners are maximizing their use of the AI tools and achieving their goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and company offerings. Provide insights and feedback from partners to inform future product development and marketing strategies. - Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep up with the latest trends in gaming, AI, and related technologies to better serve partners and help them stay competitive in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical partner management, solutions engineering, or technical account management role, preferably in the gaming or AI industries.
- Strong knowledge of game development tools and engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
- Experience with AI technologies, APIs, SDKs, and their application in game development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical partnerships and driving partner success.
- Experience in writing technical documentation, guides, or best practices.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI-driven tools or technologies in a game development environment.
- Knowledge of C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages used in game development and AI.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions and infrastructure.
- Strong network within the gaming or AI development community.
