This role will focus on managing client relationships and driving technical solutions in the burgeoning Southeast Asian market. As our presence grows in the Philippines, we need a strategic leader who is well-versed in local business dynamics and technology trends.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of projects, acting as the main liaison between our clients and our dedicated development teams. You will ensure that project expectations are met and exceeded while fostering a positive, synergistic relationship with clients. Your expertise will contribute towards identifying opportunities for upselling and client growth within the market.

The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical proficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity to affect regional growth and operational success while earning a competitive compensation package, including commission on managed accounts.


Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in account management, technical project management, or associated client-facing roles
  • Proven ability managing software development teams and client engagements in the Philippines
  • A solid understanding of the local tech landscape and business culture
  • Experience with software development methodologies, project delivery, and technical problem-solving
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in both English and Filipino languages preferred
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable with technology tools such as Clickup, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the tech industry or related sectors
