This pivotal role is designed for a skilled leader who can effectively manage client relationships while delivering top-tier technical support and solutions tailored to the Egyptian market.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Your focus will be on nurturing client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and aligning our services to exceed their expectations. You will also identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the region while earning a competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses.


Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
  • Solid understanding of technical project delivery and experience working with software development teams
  • Familiarity with the technology landscape and business practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack and standard CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the tech sector or consultancy would be advantageous and great English
