Job DescriptionPurpose of the role
As the Tech Transformation Program Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of strategic programs within the Tech Transformation area, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing their impact.
Additionally, the Tech Transformation Program Manager will ensure effective governance, optimize processes, and drive the successful execution of the company's strategic programs, maximizing the impact and coherence of technological transformation within the organization.
Accountabilities
Within this role you will
- Lead the execution of strategic programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with the global vision and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in program execution, proper integration, collaboration, and alignment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program, promoting adherence to timelines, scope, and quality.
- Identify critical points that may affect value delivery and taking corrective actions.
- Analytical and data-driven skills, with extensive knowledge in defining, tracking, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact. measuring the program's impact and ensuring its contribution to transformation.
- Ensure scalability and sustainability of initiatives establishing mechanisms for their adoption and evolution within the organization.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, technology teams, and business areas.
- Foster continuous improvement and process optimization, applying best practices in strategic program management.
- Act as a key role/agent in transformation initiatives across the Group and in the Operating Company.
This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations. Willing and able to travel to participate in meetings, workshops, and other related activities

Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Desired qualification
- Strong understanding of technology product delivery standards, frameworks and methodologies
- Awareness of other standards and frameworks such as
PgMP (Program Management Professional) oriented to the management of complex programmes
CAL (Certified Agile Leadership) related to leadership in agile environments".

- Strong leadership (in line with IAG Tech leadership framework), with a proven ability of influencing and persuading internally and externally both to tech and business teams
- Effective stakeholder management, balancing and finding compromises between opposing views and opinions

Experience
- +3 years proven experience in a similar position in the travel industry in international companies and experience in technology areas, preferably in the Transformation area.
- Proven IT leadership in a complex global organization, with extensive experience in delivering significant business results and value through strategic management and solutions.
- Desirable knowledge in Order & Offer, Modern Airline Reatiling Management systems.
- Business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders and strategic third parties across a diverse operation
- Candidates with specific previous experience in Airline commercial, delivery, settlement software will be prioritized.
- Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential
