Final-year internship or apprenticeship
Interested in recruitment, technology, and what it takes to build great teams?
Join Pigment and work alongside our three-person in-house Tech Talent Acquisition team, helping us attract talent for our Engineering and Product teams. You’ll learn how to identify and engage candidates, build your interviewing skills, and contribute to projects that improve the way we hire.
You’ll start with a strong focus on sourcing, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you learn. Depending on your interests, you could also contribute to, or take ownership of, a dedicated campus or employer branding project.
What you’ll doFind and engage tech talent
Learn about our Engineering and Product roles and understand hiring needs alongside recruiters and hiring managers.
Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other sourcing channels.
Write personalised outreach that sparks conversations and helps candidates understand our opportunities.
Build and maintain talent pools, keeping candidate information and follow-ups up to date.
Track response rates and candidate progression to understand what works and refine your approach.
Develop your recruitment and interviewing skills
Shadow recruiters and participate in hiring discussions to learn how we assess candidates.
Review applications and help identify relevant profiles using agreed criteria.
Depending on your interests and progress, gradually conduct initial interviews with coaching from the team.
Help keep candidates informed and supported throughout their recruitment journey.
Contribute to or own projects that interest you
Alongside recruitment, you’ll have the opportunity to support or lead a defined project, with guidance from the team. This could include:
Employer branding: help tell the stories of our Engineering and Product teams through employee content, social media, and tech events.
Campus program: develop school and university relationships, coordinate student events, and help organise internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns.
Recruitment improvements: test new sourcing approaches, improve candidate communication, or contribute to our referral programme.
AI and recruitment tools: explore practical ways to support research, outreach preparation, and everyday workflows, and share what you learn with the team.
Your project scope will reflect your interests, the team’s priorities, and the duration of your internship or apprenticeship.

What We Do
In a world moving at an incredibly fast pace, businesses have grown accustomed to change. Transforming their business model, pivoting their strategy, rethinking their go-to-market, the list goes on. To enable these changes, they have also had to rethink the way they work. Breaking down silos isn’t a best practice anymore. It’s a given. And yet, when it comes to planning, little has changed. In fact, planning tools work the exact opposite way, reinforcing data and people silos, and preventing teams from working together toward their common goals. As a result, planning is usually seen as a dreadful process. But the truth is, planning drives strategy. It’s high time we serve it with the right tools. Pigment is the business planning platform for fast-growing companies. Our mission is to help companies make better, faster decisions in a changing world, and drive revenue growth. At Pigment we believe that: ✅ Real-time data informs better outcomes. Trim your sail, and make the best use of current winds. ✅ Reporting should be accurate, quick, and insightful. ✅ Planning should be simple, smooth, and delightful. ✅ Less time should be spent on data crunching, more time on bringing insights to the business. ✅ Collaboration should be at the heart of any planning process, so your organization works as one.
