What You’ll Do
- As part of our international Customer Service Center, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers in Germany and the United States, and beyond—providing top-notch support across phone, email, and online channels.
- Your key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms (e.g., Amazon reviews/Q&A).
- roubleshoot product issues and deliver clear, solution-focused answers.
- Upgrade and program remote controls, and handle product exchanges.
- Support website content review and translate or proofread German and/or English content.
- Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Prioritize your workload independently while staying aligned with team KPIs.
What You Bring
- MBO level 3 education (or equivalent).
- Fluent German and English—both written and spoken.
- Strong written communication and a friendly, clear speaking voice.
- Affinity with technology, mobile apps, and smart home products.
- Customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
- Organized, flexible, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Customer-focused and results-driven, always seeking the best solution.
Nice to Have (or Willing to Learn):
- Experience with support systems like Coosto, Aloha, AFAS, EZ Remote, Yellow Pages.
- Knowledge of product categories like:
- Remote controls, wall mounts, antennas, headphones, chargers, cables, etc.
- Familiarity with B2C platforms and consumer behavior on Amazon, eBay, etc.
