Hey, we're Elevar (recently acquired by Buxton). We help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands like Vuori, SKIMS, Glossier, and thousands of others on Shopify supercharge their conversion tracking and analytics. Our server-side conversion tracking technology transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy. This unique approach helps our customers generate more revenue from their site and existing marketing campaigns, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!).
But -- we aren't helping as many D2C brands as we could and should be. And that's where you come in. We're on the hunt for a Tech Support Analyst to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Shopify merchants with advanced ecommerce tracking solutions, focusing on behavior analytics.
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams and external partners on ecommerce tracking issues, with a strong emphasis on Google Tag Manager, Shopify backend, GA4, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Investigate and resolve complex tracking discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute tracking strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor tracking performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Document tracking configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce behavior analytics tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Shopify backend, GA4, and Facebook Business Manager is essential.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce tracking principles and methodologies, with a focus on behavior analytics.
- Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting advanced data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated with a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
