Specific Responsibilities:
He is responsible for the activities assigned to him in the absence of the Quality Engineer.
Follow up on the work instructions that correspond to the inspection being carried out (receipt, process or final).
Capture characteristics in the database (Acces) according to first articles (FAI’S)
Preparation of QR’S, notification to the direct client in case of presenting any nonconformity in the product (Aerospace) caused in the plant.
Preparation of PRR’S, notification to the direct client in case of presenting any non-conformity in the aerospace product (raw material) of the supplier or client.
Carry out process, dimensional, visual and test inspections based on plans, visual aids and / or work instructions designated for inspection.
Perform the necessary contentions when receiving a customer complaint in accordance with the instructions of the Quality Engineer and / or Quality Manager, or that if it detects a problem in the manufacturing inspection process.
Monitoring of manufacturing processes through tours or audits, to ensure that the processes are followed and detect if there are any deviations or anomalies that affect the quality of the product.
Notify the immediate manager about any non-compliance detected during inspections so that the necessary measures are taken.
Follow up on nonconforming material in accordance with the work instruction. (QOPA87-02)
Contribute ideas that allow establishing continuous improvement in the inspection process.
Be flexible to the daily activities that are demanded by our internal / external clients.
