Tech Program Manager

Remote position within Argentina

RYZ Labs is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Tech Program Manager to join one of our clients, a global leader in building a cutting-edge digital sports platform, to lead the rollout and adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise across their organization. This role will be responsible for managing a complex, multi-phase program that impacts 200+ users across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience with enterprise-scale technology rollouts, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption. This person will facilitate trainings and "show and tell" sessions, manage a team of analysts to build a robust library of custom GPTs, and ensure that best practices are shared organization-wide.

Basic Qualifications: 

- Proven experience managing technology programs at an enterprise scale, with a focus on user adoption and change management.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.

- Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and large-scale user engagement sessions.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

- Collaborative leadership style, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Familiarity with ChatGPT Enterprise or similar AI tools and their business applications.

- Experience working in digital transformation or enterprise tech deployment programs.

- Background in business process improvement, automation, or AI-driven solutions.

- Knowledge of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, or similar).

Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the end-to-end management of the ChatGPT Enterprise rollout program, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.

- Partner with senior leaders and business units to align the rollout with business objectives and priorities.

- Manage and support GPT Analysts in building and deploying custom GPTs to meet business needs across different functions.

- Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials, including progress reports, presentations, and executive updates.

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and “show and tell” demonstrations to promote understanding and effective use of ChatGPT solutions.

- Build and maintain a repository of best practices, user guides, and FAQs to support ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.

- Drive user adoption by implementing effective change management strategies, gathering user feedback, and iterating based on lessons learned.- Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the success and impact of the program.
