We are looking for a procurement professional who is familiar with tech and/or government procurement process. You are part of the team that aims to deliver procurement outcomes that are fair, transparent, value-for-money and aligned with government policies. This will be a one (1) year contract as it is a maternity cover, to support day-to-day procurement activities and help manage ongoing procurement workload.
What You Will Be Working On
You will work closely with stakeholders and team members to support procurement activities across ICT requirements.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting sourcing activities such as RFQs, ITQs and tender exercises.
- Preparing procurement documentation, evaluation reports and approval submissions.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
- Supporting contract renewals, variations and contract administration activities.
- Tracking procurement milestones and following up on outstanding actions.
- Engaging vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate procurement activities.
- Maintaining procurement records and documentation.
- Supporting compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements and internal processes.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, commercial operations or related fields.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple work items and timelines.
- Has good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and team-based environment.
- Is comfortable working within established processes and governance requirements.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through to completion.
Good to Have
- Experience in public sector procurement or regulated environments.
- Exposure to ICT procurement, vendor management or contract administration.
- Familiarity with quotation, tender or sourcing processes.
- Experience managing contract renewals or contract variations.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the ICT Industry and/or Government procurement.
- Experience in Government e-procurement systems, tender evaluation and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with Government IM on Procurement.
- Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices.
- Understanding of ICT market trends and pricing models.
- Experience in managing Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Agile projects.
- Participation in full software or product development cycles.
- Proven experience in IT business analysis.
- Experience in Project Management for Monitoring and Tracking.
- Experience in contractor dispute resolution and performance management.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Good analytical, organization and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and independently as a self-motivated individual.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; good command of English.
