We're growing, and as we scale in Saudi Arabia through our partner agency TAYB, we're looking for strong delivery leads to be on the ground with our clients.
About the Role
As our Tech PMO, you'll take end-to-end ownership of client projects, from early concept and solution design through to launch and optimisation.
This is a full-time, six-month assignment based in Riyadh, working on site with our TAYB team and clients. You'll be the bridge between clients and production, translating business ambition into clear, executable plans for our development, UI/UX, SEO, content and studio teams, and making sure what we imagine actually gets built properly.

What You'll Do
- Own client projects end to end, from scoping and solution design to launch, scale and optimisation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, scope, timelines and priorities
- Collaborate with central teams (SEO, Content, Development, Studio, UI/UX) to plan and deliver integrated digital solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured tasks and briefs for production teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, scope and delivery quality
- Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them
- Lead client conversations: advising, negotiating and guiding better outcomes
- Navigate change confidently in a fast-moving, high-contact environment
- Champion the work internally and take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
- Represent 9H, TAYB and our clients' brands with integrity and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technical Project Owner or Tech Project Manager
- Proven experience in a digital, technology or delivery-focused agency
- Expert knowledge of website development and digital marketing projects
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proficient in workflow management tools
- Strong presentation, communication and client management skills
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in Malta / the EU
- Available to relocate to Riyadh full time for six months
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
- Experience with CMS platforms, web applications or integrations
- Fluency in Arabic is beneficial
Skills Required
