As Tech Lead, you’re tasked with making sure that infrastructure and architecture stays a couple of steps ahead of our ambitious growth plans.. You’ll lead complex technical initiatives from proposals to results across the company, making sure that most important problems are solved once and are solved well.

Your main responsibilities will be:- Define and execute the technical roadmap derived from yearly product plans.
- Mentoring engineers on technical excellence and best practices
- Improving developer experience and team productivity through tooling and process changes.
- Lead complex cross-company technical initiatives, from proposals to results.
- As a team, with other technical leads, achieve coherent systems design across the company.
- Promoting continuous improvement through post-mortems, public speaking initiatives, and technical forums.
This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia and visiting office.
What you'll bring:- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer responsible for system design and delivery of complex projects.
- Strong software engineering background and hands-on experience in C#, Java or any other strongly typed backend stack.
- Familiarity with frontend tech, preferably React.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business.
- Product-driven and with previous experience in a fast-growing product company.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
