World of Women (WoW) — one of the most culturally impactful brands in Web3 — is hiring a Tech Lead to drive the development of blockchain-based systems and Web3 integrations. WoW is on a mission to build a more inclusive future through art, technology, and meaningful real-world experiences.

The Role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead with deep blockchain expertise and a product mindset to shape and scale our next generation of Web3 experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to define technical vision, deploy smart contracts, and deliver seamless integrations with wallets, protocols, and partner ecosystems.

What you’ll do

• Lead the technical direction for WoW’s Web3 and blockchain-based systems

• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using industry best practices for security and gas optimization

• Architect scalable, secure, and performant blockchain infrastructure

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and community teams to translate ideas into technical solutions

• Drive integration with wallets, protocols, oracles, and third-party blockchain services

• Guide engineering architecture, code quality, and sprint execution across Web3 initiatives

• Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and standards to keep WoW at the forefront of innovation

• Represent the tech team in cross-functional meetings and external conversations around Web3 development

• Mentor developers and cultivate a strong engineering culture grounded in curiosity and excellence

What you’ll need

• Proven experience building and deploying smart contracts, ideally in Solidity on EVM-compatible chains

• Deep understanding of Web3 architecture, including wallets, token standards, protocol integrations, and infrastructure providers

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js

• A track record of technical leadership, with experience making architecture decisions and mentoring engineers

• Passion for decentralized technology and a pulse on the evolving Web3 ecosystem

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
