Santander Consumer Finance (SCF) focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

Outsystems Tech Lead (m/f) – BRAGA
We are recruiting an Outsystems Tech Lead who will be responsible for coordinating the development team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead the team in requirements analysis, design and implementation of technical solutions;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into viable and effective technical solutions;
- Ensure code quality, performance and scalability of developed applications;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in defining and implementing technical solutions;
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans;
- Keep up to date with technological trends and apply this knowledge in decision making.
EXPERIENCE
- Development experience in Outsystems (minimum 5 years);
- Previous experience in team management;
EDUCATION
- Degree in IT, Management IT or similar;
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in software architecture (cloud, on permissions, microservices);
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases will be valued, as well as programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Proactivity and spirit of initiative;
- Ability to analyze and organize;
- Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;
- Proactive attitude in managing the risks inherent to your day-to-day activities.
