We are
currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
to support the implementation and evolution of CRM solutions.
This role
acts as the Salesforce technical lead and is responsible for defining the
architecture, integrations, and technical standards to fully leverage the
capabilities of Salesforce FSC in a complex and integrated environment.
The
candidate will be expected to:
- Collaborate
with enterprise architects, business architects, data tech leads, and
development teams.
- Design
robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures.
- Ensure
Salesforce integration with data foundations, legacy systems, and external
platforms.
- Act as a
technical expert for delivery teams.

- Salesforce
Technical Architecture
- Design
architectures based on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Define
Salesforce application models: Data, Security and sharing, Performance and
scalability, translate challenges into capabilities and transformation
opportunities using Salesforce FSC. Advise organizations on the evolution of
their customer-centric operating model. Integration and ecosystem
- Design and
optimize solutions based on: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Leverage
FSC for:360° customer view
- Financial
relationship management

- Ensure the
consistency of Salesforce solutions in complex and integrated IT environments.

Requirements
REQUIRED
PROFILE SCOPE
- A senior
Salesforce FSC architect with the ability to make a real impact in complex
institutional environments, not a Salesforce developer promoted to architect.
- The role
encompasses both technical architecture design (data models, security,
integration, DevOps) and participation in strategic CRM governance over 2 to 5
years, which requires comfortable working with executive levels (VP, PVP).
- This also
requires knowledge of financial processes related to high-value clients:
onboarding, 360-degree view, and financial relationship management.
- Mastery of
FSC is non-negotiable and must be demonstrated in real-world, large-scale
institutional implementations. The candidate must also be able to work in an
iterative Agile environment and facilitate Discovery workshops with multiple
stakeholders.
