We are seeking a Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend development in Golang to help scale and evolve our global Voice Platform. This platform empowers enterprises and partners to manage telephony infrastructure worldwide.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in leading technical decision-making, mentoring engineers, and driving the development of scalable backend services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver full-stack features that bring real value to our global customer base.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex systems, enjoys solving high-impact challenges, and can guide others through architectural design, implementation, and continuous improvement.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Golang and other modern technologies.

• Own architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful full-stack features.

• Contribute to frontend development using React or other modern UI frameworks when needed.

• Drive code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and mentoring of junior engineers.

• Support agile planning, including grooming, estimations, and technical breakdown of user stories.

• Ensure observability of systems through logging, metrics, and alerting.

• Promote and enforce engineering best practices across the team.

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or technical mentorship role, ideally as a Tech Lead

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development with modern technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in Golang

• 3+ years of experience with React

• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture patterns.
