- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Aussendienst
- Rekrutierung von neuen Vorsorgeberatenden
- Festlegung von Verkaufszielen sowie Erarbeitung von Entwicklungsplänen
- Aktive Unterstützung des Generalagenten in der systematischen Marktbearbeitung
- Durchführung sowie Sicherstellung von umfassenden Vorsorge- und Finanzberatungen
- Betreuung und Ausbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios
Ihre Stärken
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (dipl. Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA)
- Leadership und hohe Motivation, Vorsorgeberatende zum Erfolg zu führen und dabei auch selbst im Verkauf als Vorbild zu agieren
- Begeisterungsfähige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und Sozialkompetenzen
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit zielorientierter und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und hoher Kundenorientierung
