About our Ecommerce Management Team:
We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.
Our Performance Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Teamlead Performance Marketing – Programmatic Advertising (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time or part-time (min. 80%) and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- You set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team
- You oversee all DSP marketing activities for existing and future customers, ensuring campaigns align with clients' business goals
- Together with your team you take charge of planning, steering, monitoring, and optimizing DSP campaigns according to defined performance goals
- You enjoy operational work and will always combine part of your work with managing your own campaigns to test new features yourself
- You collaborate with clients to understand their needs, discuss advertising strategies, and present results effectively
- You know the differences between awareness, consideration, purchase and loyalty campaigns and their key metrics. Therefore, you can derive clear recommendations based on the given media budget and the customer’s business objectives
- You support other campaign managers through professional sparring, optimizing the quality of campaign management by continually improving processes, tools, reports, etc.
- You further develop our PowerBI dashboard with input from the team. It should form the basis for efficient analyses and reporting.
- You stay updated on market and technology developments to enhance our consulting and service portfolio, ensuring real value addition for our customers
- You are a driver of innovation and provide new impulses for our DSP service area
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of performance marketing and preferably have already led a small team
- You possess in-depth knowledge and experience in social or display/programmatic advertising - experience with Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk is highly beneficial
- You have a highly analytical mindset with a strong technical understanding and a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches
- You are able to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex contexts in a comprehensible manner to clients
- You have strong client management skills, capable of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- You are a self-motivated individual eager to learn and expand personal knowledge daily
- You have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks independently
- You are proficient in written and verbal communication in English, German or French would be beneficial
- Interesting insights in several companies from traditional German and international brands to online pure players
