Description

The Team Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the operations of Monoflo shift Assemblers, Assembler Leads, and Forklift Operators. Together, our teams work to configure, label, stack, inventory and move Monoflo products throughout our facilities. This position is a unique leadership opportunity, and its holder represents, and accounts for, some of our organization’s most important functions and people. Team Supervisors have transferable skills, an ability to learn our products, lead their team members, and work closely with our Technical Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Safety and HR groups.

Please Note: This position is anticipated to become available within the next 12 months. We are accepting applications and may begin interviewing candidates prior to the position officially opening. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, supervise and develop Team Members. Delegating duties, coordinating workloads, reporting production throughput, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and preparing reports, to ensure work instructions are carried out accurately during the 12-hour shift
  • Maintain and monitor quality, compliance, and safety standards and ensure Team Members are trained on Monoflo policies, procedures and departmental expectations
  • Coordinate and review the hiring, promotion, coaching, training and evaluation of Team Members
  • Develop internal talent, recognize Team Members’ contributions and accomplishments, and make an ongoing effort to grow Team Members so that they work together and towards common goals
  • Solve problems and improve processes by going to the source and personally observing and verifying data
  • Use and implement stable, repeatable methods to maintain the predictability, regular timing, and regular output of processes
  • Use continuous improvement tools to determine the root cause of inefficiencies and apply effective countermeasures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years supervisory experience, manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience focusing on quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (QCDSM)
  • OSHA forklift certification and competency or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to speak and write in English, perform basic mathematical calculations, and use computer systems

Work Schedule: 2-2-3

  • 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm to 7:00am
