Description:

Imagine Live is looking for a Team Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring team’s performance.

The job is shift-based.

Shifts:

• 08:00-16:00
• 16:00-00:00
  
• 00:00-08:00

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Set goals and targets for the team to improve their progress towards goals
  
• Provide an individualized approach to each team member to better asses strengths and skills
• Provide effective feedback to management, as well as to team members regarding their performance
• Track on a daily basis team members procedural and technical skills, attendance and apparel to be in line with requirements
• Manage daily activities of the team 
• Make reports and evaluations for each team member 
• Support employees with trainings and development activities
  
• Inspire and motivate team members
  

Qualifications: 

• Experience in related field will be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian language
  
• Leadership and communications skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills 
• Be able to communicate efficiently – both written and verbally
  
• Be trustworthy and efficient
• Management experience would be a plus
• Manage daily activities of the team
