Description:
Imagine Live is looking for a Team Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring team’s performance.
The job is shift-based.
Shifts:
- 08:00-16:00
- 16:00-00:00
- 00:00-08:00
After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Set goals and targets for the team to improve their progress towards goals
- Provide an individualized approach to each team member to better asses strengths and skills
- Provide effective feedback to management, as well as to team members regarding their performance
- Track on a daily basis team members procedural and technical skills, attendance and apparel to be in line with requirements
- Manage daily activities of the team
- Make reports and evaluations for each team member
- Support employees with trainings and development activities
- Inspire and motivate team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in related field will be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian language
- Leadership and communications skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Be able to communicate efficiently – both written and verbally
- Be trustworthy and efficient
- Management experience would be a plus
- Manage daily activities of the team
