- Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of mortgage claims specialists, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Claim Process Management:Oversee the daily operations of the claims team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Compliance and Quality Control:Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, and maintain high quality standards in claim processing.
- Performance Management:Monitor team performance, set goals, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve individual and team performance.
- Problem Solving and Escalation:Identify and resolve issues within the claims process, escalate complex issues to appropriate levels, and work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration:Maintain clear communication with team members, other departments, and external parties, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Training and Development:Identify training needs, provide training and coaching to team members, and support their professional development.
- Report Generation:Generate reports on team performance, claim processing metrics, and other relevant data.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with management to implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
