Retail operations at CBA support the end-to-end loan process for both CBA and Bankwest brands, covering home loans, personal loans, credit cards, credit variations, and overdrafts. Our teams manage everything from initial credit decisioning through to settlement and funding, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

Step into a pivotal leadership role within our Progress Payments team, supporting both CBA and Bankwest brands. You’ll drive alignment and collaboration across Sydney and WA, shaping a positive, accountable culture and ensuring operational excellence throughout the end-to-end loan process.
Your Impact
- Inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every customer receives timely, accurate, and empathetic support throughout their lending journey.
- Drive operational excellence and champion process improvements and compliance that directly enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure every interaction and decision supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Products, Valuations Services, Coaches, and other managers to streamline processes and deliver clear, consistent communication to brokers and lenders, making it easier for customers to access the support they need.
- Partner with your counterparts to set shared standards and decisions, ensuring customers benefit from a unified and seamless experience.
- Encourage new ideas and open conversations, creating an environment where your team feels supported to go the extra mile for customers, even when challenges arise.
