Your responsibilities will include leading a diverse team, strategizing project execution, optimizing workflows, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and implement project plans, allocating resources and monitoring progress against timelines.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, roadblocks, and achievements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support team members in resolving challenges and fostering a positive, proactive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects in a financial services or technology environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
