Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will be the shift lead, ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team, and maintaining high standards of food quality, speed, and service. You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen and front of house, leading by example and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and maintain quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company guidelines
- Organize shift tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
- Train and coach new team members
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally
- Support with stock control, ordering, and daily reports
- Ensure targets for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in fast food, quick-service, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success
