A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Team Leader for the Lead Generation team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations and driving performance. You will provide coaching, support, and motivation to your team while ensuring all lead generation activities are aligned with business goals and executed to a high standard. You will work closely with sales leadership to track team performance, manage targets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Day Could See You:
  • Supervising and monitoring the daily activities of the lead generation team to ensure timely and accurate task completion

  • Providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to team members in a positive and motivational manner

  • Monitoring key metrics and implementing performance improvement measures when necessary

  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to set monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets, and track progress against goals

  • Facilitating regular team meetings to share best practices, address concerns, and align on performance expectations

  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new lead generation agents

  • Acting as a liaison between the team and management or other departments

  • Supporting team members in handling complex customer queries or challenging calls

  • Performing other duties as assigned to support business needs

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement actionable improvements

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
