Leads pool press line operations across all shifts, ensuring production demands are met while coordinating team members and maintaining quality. Performs or oversees material handling, stacking, die setting, press operations, quality checks, defect detection, measurement, and plant equipment operation. Requires manufacturing and press-line experience, mechanical aptitude, automation familiarity, leadership skills, flexibility, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

At least One Year of Manufacturing Experience Preferred and Knowledge of Press Line Operation

Willingness to work extended and/or flexible hours as required to meet production demands

Must possess interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Must have strong team-focused and leadership abilities

Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility

Must have Knowledge of detection of steel defects

Ability to work in stressful situations

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 

Ability to operate various plant equipment

Ability to use precise measurement devices

Displays passion and optimism; inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to fulfill the vision; provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates

Good hand dexterity and mechanical skills

Must be familiar with automation

Must be trained on and able to perform all jobs on line (Material Handling, stacker Operations, Die Setting, Press Operations, and Quality Checks

Basic Computer Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office (Word)
