Zusammenfassung:

Wir suchen einen Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/w/d), der die Möglichkeit hat, vollständig remote zu arbeiten. In dieser Position koordinieren Sie die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und US-GAAP und führen ein sechsköpfiges Team. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, fundierte Bilanzierungskenntnisse sowie nachweisliche Führungserfahrung. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und interkulturelle Kompetenz sind ebenfalls erforderlich.

Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/w/d) - 100% Remote

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Koordination der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Coperion GmbH nach HGB und US-GAAP, u.a. unter Anwendung der Overtime Revenue Recognition gemäß ASC 606
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines sechsköpfigen Teams am Standort Stuttgart
• Koordination des Cost Accounting und Finance-Reporting (OneStream) sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SOX Kontrollen der Coperion Gruppe
• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit u.a. mit dem Einkauf, Controlling, Treasury, Tax
• Koordination des externen Finanzdienstleisters im Bereich Haupt- und Nebenbücher
• Mitarbeit im Planungsprozess
• Koordination von Projektarbeiten und Prozessoptimierung im Rechnungswesen sowie Mitwirkung an internationalen Sonderprojekten
• Ansprechpartner für Abschlussprüfer, Internal Audit, Betriebsprüfungen und der Muttergesellschaft in den USA

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Chief Accounting Officer.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/ Rechnungswesen und Controlling
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung wünschenswert
• Sichere Bilanzierungskenntnisse in HGB und US-GAAP und umfangreiche SOX-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3 Modul FI, Microsoft Dynamics NAV wünschenswert)
• Führungserfahrung und -kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Sicheres Auftreten und interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft nach Stuttgart erforderlich
