ROLE
- To supervise, coach and train the billing team to support them in deliv ering their respective services
- To audit and approve fee/disbursement invoices in system
- To ensure all billing is done in a timely manner
- To ensure all costs are billed by overseeing and approving disbursement reconciliations
- To oversee accurate entries in finance package by approving monthly reconciliations
- To provide day to day management to the team
- To report to EMB Director and provide analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in supervising and training of staff
- Decision making
- Ability to demonstrate proactivity and to work independently
- Working to targets
- Taking an active part in client implementations
- Banking experience
- Attention to detail including currency payments
- Data accuracy
- Mailbox management
- Working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills at all levels
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excel intermediate to advanced skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Relocation services experience
- Experience of relocation systems
