Aidoc is recruiting a Software Engineering Team Lead in Tel Aviv. Join our team!
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in building complex, high-scale production systems in a developer or technical leadership capacity.
- At least 2 years of formal managerial experience, leading a team of software or data engineers.
- Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals – including data structures, object-oriented design, code optimization, and complexity analysis.
- Hands-on experience in building production services end-to-end – including architecture design, research, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Cloud technologies expertise – AWS stack or equivalent, including serverless
- Expertise with data pipeline technologies, streaming data architectures (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub), and large-scale data storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, data lakes).
- Containers and Orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform - advantage.
- Passion for building generic, robust, and highly-performant software architecture, with a love for clean code.
- A “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Independent learning capability and curiosity without boundaries
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent - advantage
