Accelleron is seeking a team lead in the central operations team (COT) for EUR time zone. The EUR Team Lead drives the day-to-day execution of transactional activities while leading a team to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely operational performance for the assigned team. This position is hands-on, requiring the individual to process transactions directly while also managing daily workloads, supporting team members, and serving as the first contact point for any operational issues. This position will report to COT Manila Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the EUR team by example, demonstrating professionalism and accountability in all aspects of operations.
- Provide guidance, address challenges, and align goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the EUR team, particularly during transactional or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including workload distribution and issue escalation to the COT Team Lead as required.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through effective communication, teamwork, and support.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate with the COT Manila Manager to provide necessary training or refresher courses.
- Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to an inclusive work environment by sharing best practices and processes.
- Conduct first-line management responsibilities, including goal setting, performance assessments, and career development discussions.
- Participate in commercial support tasks independently as needed.
- Ensuring process adherence in the shift.
Key Skills:
- Hands on experience in commercial support and service coordination.
- End to end process know how.
- >5 years of experience.
- Expertise on SAP/ERP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.

- Bachelor's degree
- > 5 years of experience.
