At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Team Lead SDR to join one of our clients' team.

Our client is building the next generation of marketing and service technology for German SMEs. Their software combines AI, automation, and user-centered design, and it’s growing rapidly.

To support continued growth and further optimize sales processes, they are looking for a Team Lead SDR (m/f/d) to operationally lead and develop their SDR team.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales development, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills – you can inspire people and like to proactively approach customers.
  • Results-oriented – you work in a structured, data-driven way and enjoy achieving measurable success.
  • Hands-on mentality – you work independently, are solution-oriented and actively participate.
  • Teamwork skills & commitment – ​​experience in coaching and performance analysis of teams.
  • German language skills at native speaker level .

Tasks

🔥 Leading by Example: You're not just a leader, but also an active seller – you spend around 30% of your time dialing yourself and showing your team how it's done.

🤝 Close collaboration with the Head of Sales: You will work directly with the Head of Sales, further develop the SDR strategy and ensure that pipeline targets are met.

👥 Team Leadership & Coaching: Leading and developing a team of SDRs, promoting performance and continuous learning.

🎯 Mentoring & Shadowing: You actively support your team by shadowing calls, giving direct feedback, and specifically developing junior SDRs.

📊 Lead generation & qualification: Identification and qualification of new leads, development of strategies for acquiring new customers.

⚙️ Optimizing sales processes: Working with the sales team to improve lead management and handover to account executives

📈 Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring team performance and regular analysis of KPIs to improve efficiency.
