About Infinity Browsers
Infinity Browsers (“Infinity”) operates under the ownership of Tempest www.tempest.com, the overarching shareholder group that provides strategic guidance and support across its portfolio of digital technology companies.
Infinity builds a white-label Chromium browser platform that enables partners to launch their own desktop browsers with custom branding and privacy-focused features. Our mission is to deliver fast, secure and reliable browsing experiences for users around the world. We work quickly and collaboratively with our partners to build and maintain multiple Chromium-based products that are actively used today. https://infinity-browsers.com/
The Role
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Desktop Browser team - an experienced C++ engineer with strong knowledge of Chromium who can contribute to core development tasks right away, while also leading the team in planning and execution.
You’ll work closely with our technical lead, who focuses on architecture and deep technical design, while you take responsibility for team coordination, delivery and collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on engineer but is ready to grow as a team leader - balancing code, communication and people.
What You’ll Do

  • Contribute directly to the Chromium-based codebase, implementing and maintaining core browser features.
  • Debug complex issues across multiple Chromium layers, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or development opportunities.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on work with Chromium or Chromium-based projects.
  • Strong C++ skills and understanding of browser internals, multi-process architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to take ownership of features and deliver high-quality results independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable leading discussions and supporting others.
  • Interest in team leadership and delivery management, not just individual technical contribution.
  • Proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and planning.
Why Join Us
You’ll join a team of engineers deeply involved in Chromium development, building real products used by partners and end-users.
Here you can stay close to the code while helping shape how the team grows and delivers.
It’s a rare opportunity to combine strong technical impact with true leadership responsibility.
Benefits we offer
  • Work remotely in your country location
  • Stock Options
  • Health and Wellness Benefit Allowance
  • Unlimited Annual Leave
