What you'll be doing 

As a Team Lead Data Analytics, you'll play a key role in leading our Data Analytics team and driving data-driven decision-making for growth across the organization. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and coordinate the team – By managing a team of 4+ data analysts, effectively aligning their work with overarching business goals and maximizing the value they deliver through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.

• Deliver data-driven impact – By bringing concrete impact to the Growth team and other business lines through in-depth analysis, accurate forecasting, strategic budgeting support, and the generation of actionable customer insights.

• Manage analytic solutions and outcomes – By modernizing, standardizing, and maintaining existing analytic solutions and tools, and by coordinating the creation of key data visualizations such as dashboards and maps to effectively communicate findings.

• Partner with data engineering – By collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team to define and continuously improve data structure, data pipelines, and visualization layers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our data infrastructure.

• Enhance data-driven culture – By actively supporting decision-making processes across the organization and promoting the widespread understanding and usage of data through ad-hoc analyses and the proactive delivery of key insights.

Who we're looking for 

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Experience & Analytical Skills – 5+ years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles, demonstrating strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills applied to complex datasets and business challenges.

• Team Leadership Experience – At least 1+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide, motivate, and foster the professional growth of a team of data analysts.

• Technical Expertise – Advanced knowledge of SQL with a focus on query optimization for performance, extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation, and significant experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.

• Communication Skills – Ability to communicate complex data insights in a structured and convincing manner, building trust and fostering positive and professional relationships with various technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

• Language Proficiency – Fluency in both Italian and English, enabling seamless and effective communication within our international team and with stakeholders.
