As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our marketplace and enabling the success and assortment growth of partners on the ABOUT YOU fashion platform. You will be the primary point of contact for partners with live business questions, focusing on issues that impact their visibility, sales, and ability to scale their assortment within the Seller Center. Your work directly contributes to partner retention and overall marketplace growth.
We aim for the shared goal of shaping one of the largest online fashion players in Europe by creating an exceptional partner experience that fosters rapid growth and scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Service Desk Ticketing System and ensure fast, high-quality resolution for all live business partner tickets (e.g., orders, visibility, scaling, campaigns)
- Support partners in scaling their assortment by resolving technical and operational inquiries related to the Seller Center tools (UI, Excel, API, Shopify Plugin)
- Guide partners on leveraging Seller Center features to boost product visibility and sales
- Analyze recurring ticket topics to identify systemic partner needs and pain points
- Collaborate with internal teams (Integration, Product, Tech) to ensure smooth issue resolution and information flow
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in e-commerce or a marketplace
- Strong understanding of core e-commerce operational processes (order fulfillment, stock sync, product data management)
- Experience working with a ticket management system (like Jira) is a plus
- Fluent English language skills are essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills, high empathy, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong hands-on mentality and the resilience to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests
