  • Partner with Research, Grading, and Brand Protection to identify counterfeits, prototypes, errors, and alterations, and help define PSA's policies and label standards for complex or first-of-their-kind items
  • Build and maintain relationships with TCG publishers and licensors (e.g. The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Ravensburger, Riot) to confirm product details and support partnerships
  • Train and present to graders, authenticators, and internal teams on card identification, new releases, and market trends
  • Monitor the TCG market and secondary sales, flagging trends, key card movers, and unusual or manipulated sales
  • Produce recurring reporting, including the monthly TCG newsletter with submission and revenue trends, top sets, and hobby news
  • Support Marketing, Social, and Content with card expertise for campaigns, videos, pedigree and collection stories, and event activations
  • Represent PSA at TCG events and tournaments (e.g. Pokémon Worlds), and support high-value customers and dealers with complex submissions

Who you are:

  • A true TCG expert with deep knowledge of Pokémon and at least one other major TCG (One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Riftbound, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.), including vintage and modern sets, Japanese and English releases, and promos
  • 3+ years of experience in the TCG space, such as grading, authentication, a card shop, dealing, organized play, content creation, or a publisher or marketplace
  • Strong eye for detail, with experience spotting counterfeits, print variations, and errors
  • Comfortable with data: able to pull insights from submission, sales, and population data in Excel/Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to internal teams and working with external partners
  • Highly organized self-starter who can juggle many requests across teams in a fast-moving environment
  • Local to Santa Ana, CA, or willing to relocate, and able to work onsite
