Works with Management and application users to help define business and operational requirements. 2. Maintains repository of business and operational requirements for supported business systems. 3. Executes, develops, and maintains test plans, scripts, and data for user acceptance testing and regression testing for all supported systems. 4. Provides system/software expertise and training to supported functional business areas. 5. Analyzes and escalates issues reported by the clients to appropriate resources. 6. Evaluates potential system and process updates to inform management of usefulness and risk. Identifies process improvement opportunities. 7. Troubleshoots software deficiencies, identifies, locate and document possible bugs utilizing investigative and / or analytical methods. 8. Defines algorithms and develops custom ad-hoc or formal queries and reports to support performance metrics. 9. Assures compliance with corporate, department and regulatory policies and procedures. 10. Participations in a rotating non-restricted on-call schedule to support systems and business users during an unexpected outage or critical business need. 11. Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 1. Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field and three years related experience in business project analysis and implementation or two years of progressively responsible related experience within the natural gas industry; or 2. A general educational knowledge acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and five years of progressively responsible related experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Requires the ability to communicate, persuade, and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature. NUMERIC SKILLS: Requires the ability to perform to perform algebraic, trigonometric, and geometric operations and/or moderately complex statistical and/or accounting methods. COMPUTER SKILLS: Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports, and/or graphics. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and/or lifting. WORK CONDITIONS: Works in an office environment. May require traveling to Atmos offices. Atmos Energy Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
