Key Responsibilities:
Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
Prepare complex client work, delegating entry-level tasks to staff accountants.
Manage client engagements, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Supervise engagement teams, including staff accountants and interns.
Identify tax issues, propose solutions, and research technical matters.
Respond to state and federal tax authorities and maintain strong client relationships.
Coach junior team members and train others on firm software.
Required Qualifications:
CPA license required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience, with expertise in private equity, international tax, and real estate.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Strong technical and communication skills, with leadership experience.
Work Environment:
Hybrid work model: 2 days/week in-office, with training and team-building events.
