🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Tax & Reporting Specialist.
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador

Propósito principal: Responsable de la actualización de la matriz de riesgos fiscales, asegurando su correcta evaluación y contabilización, así como de la aplicación adecuada de criterios fiscales en los pagos de la empresa. También gestiona el archivo fiscal y la documentación legal relacionada con auditorías, litigios y servicios corporativos.

Responsabilidades:

• Gestionar la documentación anual de soporte relacionada con el servicio del VCF y liderar las entrevistas con ejecutivos de Telemovil El Salvador y del Millicom, para obtener las evidencias de la prestación del servicio.

• Gestionar la documentación interna y externa relacionada a Precios de Transferencia de forma anual.

• Gestionar Fianzas y sus correspondientes escritos para presentarlas ante DGT, Cámaras o Tribunales judiciales, así como la gestión de devolución de fianzas en las autoridades competentes.

• Gestionar el cumplimiento fiscal municipal de las entidades del grupo.

• Liderar las reuniones con las unidades de negocio para revisar y/o evaluar impactos fiscales de nuevas operaciones o de las existentes.

• Crear un expediente digital y físico de los litigios fiscales existentes o nuevos.

• Gestionar las Cartas con los Consultores Fiscales para evaluar la actualización de provisiones o revelaciones contables de pasivos contingentes.

• Revisar las Declaraciones Tributarias mensuales e Informes Mensuales tributarios aplicables.

• Revisar las Declaraciones de Renta anuales con su debida conciliación con las cifras contables.

Experiencia/Habilidades Claves:

• 📘 Graduado de Contaduría Pública o carreras afines.

• 💼 Experiencia de 2-3 años en puestos similares o de impuestos.

• 📚 Alto dominio de las Leyes Tributarias y municipales vigentes.

• 🤝 Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

• 🧠 Enfoque en el análisis y proactividad para resolver situaciones complejas.
