Are you an experienced tax professional with a strong background? We are looking for a Tax reporting manager who will take full ownership of the Group's tax reporting and compliance processes. You'll be part of a result-oriented and motivated team team in a people-oriented environment that values trust, collaboration, and mutual support.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3-4 years of experience in indirect tax, VAT, GST or Sales Tax compliance
- Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdictional tax reporting (EU, UK, US, Canada)
- Experience coordinating external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large transaction datasets
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment
- Experience in digital businesses, fintech or technology companies is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Manage indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Review and validate transaction data, tax reports and filings for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and govern VAT, GST and Sales Tax rates; monitor legislative changes and coordinate implementation
- Perform periodic reconciliations between tax charged, reported and paid
- Monitor US economic nexus thresholds and coordinate state registration processes
- Support corporate tax compliance activities for Group entities
- Maintain tax compliance calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
- Prepare documentation for audits, authority requests and compliance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of tax processes
