As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience - Data Engineering - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing and implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to support client needs
- Utilizing advanced technologies and techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Building and maintaining scalable data architectures using platforms such as Azure Data Factory and Snowflake
- Overseeing the deployment of data engineering solutions, confirming data quality and security
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex data challenges and drive business growth
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and contribute to high-performing teams
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine data solutions
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus on objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
