Job DescriptionThe Tax Associate will support U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and related tax operations by preparing tax filings, provisions, and supporting analyses, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across assigned responsibilities. Research tax matters, coordinate information with internal stakeholders and external advisors, support tax planning and business initiatives, and actively contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation efforts across the tax function.

In this role, you will:
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).
- Support U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and tax planning initiatives.
- Research tax issues and summarize findings for the Tax Manager.
- Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with business partners, external advisors, and finance teams to gather and validate tax information.
- Help automate and improve tax processes by streamlining workpapers, reports, and recurring tasks.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the tax function.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax.
- Up to three years of accounting or tax experience within a Top 10 public accounting firm or a multinational public or private organization.
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and tax software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes.

The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $31.25 - $45.67 + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
